2. Excercise: 3 days a week cardiovascular activity (20-30minutes) and 3 days a week of weight lifting.
3. Think positive regularly and practice imagining yourself at your goal weight.
4. Do your best to avoid foods containing "High Fructose" corn syrup and "partially hydrogenated" oils.
5. Log your food, exercise, and progress in a journal.
6. Follow these calorie guidelines: 1200-1600 for women and 1500 to 1800 for men.
7. Meet and check in regulary with a Physician
