Make a mistake? ITS NEVER OVER JUST GET RIGHT BACK ON IT!!!

YYYYYYYYOOOOOOOOOOO! Hope everyone is doing well. All of you should be well into your transformations and on the way to the bodies you desire. I just wanted to say I am proud of everyone for having the courage to make a change. The weight loss journey is a long and difficult one and you are truly amazing for taking on the challenge. Keep up your hard work and know that you will be at your goal soon. Remember you are losing weight every day, whether it is a pound or a fraction of a pound, you are still constantly improving. Tell yourself this everyday when you get up in the morning. Even say the words out loud if you want. “Today I am thinner, healthier, and stronger then yesterday”. Also try and reward yourself every two weeks by buying a new pair of clothes. When I was losing weight I would buy clothes that were too small that I knew would fit me soon. The feeling of accomplishment when I fit into them was indescribable and a truly unique sensation that propelled me to push on in my journey.

As I said the weight loss journey is a long one so don’t worry about making occasional mistakes like overeating, missing a workout, or eating food off your diet. As long as you get right back on your regime you will be fine. A mistake once in a while will not hinder your weight loss and can only affect you psychologically so remember to stay tough physically and mentally. In fact I would highly recommend making this mistake once in a while to ensure you stick with your plan. This “mistake” will come in the form of a cheat meal in which you give yourself one meal to eat whatever you like regardless of nutritional value. The frequency of this meal should be limited to once a week. I would recommend using this meal once per month until you have 30 pounds or less to lose. Once you have less than 30 pounds to lose I would begin using the meal once a week and as David ZincZenko says in the Abs Diet Book when you have reached your goal weight you can up this “cheat meal” to a “cheat day”. The Abs Diet: The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Stomach and Keep You Lean for Life

I have touched briefly on the cheat meal, but I will post in depth directions and analysis of how to use this meal to not only stick to your weight loss program, but to transition into a healthy eating lifestyle. Look for the post this Friday. Again I am proud of everyone and know all of you can succeed. Keep up the hard work! Also check in tomorrow for two more delicious recipe’s!

Click the video below for a great song that motivated me during workouts and throughout my journey.
