Cheat Meal Final Post
The point of the "cheat meal" is to not only to satisfy your cravings, but to help transition you into a normal and healthy eating lifestyle in which you can occasionally eat foods you truly desire and not feel guilty about it. So use this meal as a strategy for many things. Use it to control cravings, break old habits such as binging or eating too quickly, or even as a reward for your weeks of hard work and dedication. Just always remember to get right back to your regular routine. As I said before I recommend slowly working this meal into your plan. For people who have over 30 lbs to lose have this meal every 3 to 4 weeks or when a special occasion arises. For people with under 30 lb’s to lose have the meal weekly if you desire. Once you get the body you crave and feel comfortable with your new healthy lifestyle and ability to control your eating especially during a cheat meal, feel free to up your “cheat meal” to a “cheat day”. However, make sure you stick to doing this once per week since you should be more than satisfied with your weekly eating. You may also find yourself making the same transition I did in which the word “cheat” no longer exists and you will be comfortable rewarding yourself as necessary rather than planning a day to do so.
