This dissatisfaction left me craving food all week long and had me looking to my cheat meal as my savior. When I finally reached the meal I binged every time. I wanted to eat all the food I could while I could because I knew once the meal was over I could no longer eat these foods and would have to return to my diet. So make sure you are content with your diet whether it is a weight loss or maintenance plan, before incorporating this cheat meal. In binging during this meal I soon discovered that my body just couldn't take it! Tune in Friday to see what happens to my body!! Do I vomit from this binge???Am I hospitalized? Will I survive the nacho cheese flowing through my veins?!?!?
Well I obviously survive. In fact I don’t want to give your hopes up. I just get a really bad stomach ache and feel like a bloated old man in desperate need of a fart.
