Cheat Meal part 2

… Use this meal as practice for situations when you are off the diet and living a maintenance type lifestyle. Breaking the habit of needing to binge is extremely hard, but crucial in your transformation. Don't worry if you accidentally do binge during this meal, it takes practice. For many such as myself binging is a long formed habit that you can't break over night. It is one of the reasons many of us became obese in the first place. When I first started eating my cheat meal I had just come off the Nutrisystem and wasn't experienced in eating regular foods and a “regular diet”, which for me meant a food plan that wasn’t conveniently planned out for me every day in the form of quick and easy meals. I was a bit lost and as a result ended up creating a meal plan I wasn’t content with.

This dissatisfaction left me craving food all week long and had me looking to my cheat meal as my savior. When I finally reached the meal I binged every time. I wanted to eat all the food I could while I could because I knew once the meal was over I could no longer eat these foods and would have to return to my diet. are great food plans that will keep you satisfied with what you are eating. So make sure you are content with your diet whether it is a weight loss or maintenance plan, before incorporating this cheat meal. In binging during this meal I soon discovered that my body just couldn't take it! Tune in Friday to see what happens to my body!! Do I vomit from this binge???Am I hospitalized? Will I survive the nacho cheese flowing through my veins?!?!?

Well I obviously survive. In fact I don’t want to give your hopes up. I just get a really bad stomach ache and feel like a bloated old man in desperate need of a fart.
